A Poem by Phyllis Garlock Lardieri

Over the river and through the woods
To Scranberry Coop we go
I know it's not far
To travel by car
Through nonexistent snow
Over the river and through the woods
Oh how the horns do blow
They ring the ears
Bring us to tears
As over the roads we go
Over the river and through the woods
To have a full day of fun
To roam through the aisles
Of beautiful piles
To find an old toy gun
Over the river and through the woods
Speed fast my Saturn Vue
Spring over the hills
With dollar bills Till
Andover is in view
Over the river and through the woods
And straight through the Garden State
We wish to fly
Like birds of the sky
Why must we have to wait
Over the river and througb the woods
Now Scranberry's roof we spy
Hurrah for the steals
The Christmas deals
Hurrah for the awesome buys!

You're so very welcome! I had a blast writing it while riding in my Saturn Vue on my way to your Christmas Party. We had a great time and came home with a car load of goodies!
